If the proxies are not working and we have confirmed they do not, we can allow for a one time swap. The proxies delivered are always working for the intended websites, we are not able to swap proxies if they are banned during the monthly usage by the user. Please note that public ranges can always get banned because the ranges are split among several people. If you would like to preserve the status of your proxies, then we strongly recommend buying a subnet.

If you are targeting ticket websites then you should buy ticket proxies. If you are targeting retail websites, then you should buy sprint proxies. If you are targeting survey websites, then you should buy Verizon. If you are located in the EU, the Verizon proxies are best.

Although we can guarantee an exact speed when using your local machine, we strongly suggest pairing your Hype proxies with Hype servers to get excellent speed because they are located in the same VA facility. For certain websites, the speed can be less than 100ms.
